Set up your voice in Claude. Ten minutes, once.
This is the exact setup from the video. Follow it and everything you write with AI from now on reads like you wrote it, instead of like the same assistant every other agent in your market is using. No email, no signup, nothing gated.
Your clients can tell. They just do not say anything.
Nobody replies to an email to tell you it sounded like a machine. They just answer a little slower, and a little shorter, and you never find out why.
Telling Claude to write in a "professional but friendly tone" does not fix it, because that instruction produces the average of everyone who has ever typed it. The average is exactly what sounds fake. The only thing that works is showing it how you actually write and having it keep that on file.
That is all this setup is. Ten minutes, one time, and every piece of writing after it starts from you instead of from nobody.
Five steps. Do them in order.
Everything below happens at claude.ai in a browser. You do not need Claude Code, an extension, or anything installed.
Collect five things you already wrote
Open your sent folder and your texts. Copy three emails you sent to clients and two texts. Not your best work, your ordinary work. Something you fired off in ninety seconds beats something you agonized over, because the fast one is actually how you sound. Paste all five into a blank note so they are ready in one place.
Open claude.ai and start a new chat
Go to claude.ai in your browser and sign in. Click New chat in the top left. Do not use an existing conversation, because whatever you were talking about before will bleed into the result.
Paste the samples and ask the right question
Paste all five samples into the chat. Then ask it to analyze what is distinctive about how you write, not what is good about it. That single word is the whole trick. Ask for the specifics: sentence length, whether you use contractions, how you open, how you sign off, the phrases you lean on, and what you never do. Tell it to ignore anything that would be true of any competent writer.
Push back once, then have it written as rules
Read what it gives you. Some of it will be wrong. Tell it which parts are not you and let it correct itself. Then ask it to turn the result into a short set of written rules you can reuse, phrased as instructions rather than as a description. Copy that block of text. That is your voice profile, and it is the only artifact you need from this whole process.
Save it where Claude will always see it
Click your name in the bottom left, then Settings, then Profile. There is a field for personal preferences that Claude applies to every conversation. Paste your voice profile in there and save. If you are on a plan with Projects, you can also create a Project for your real estate work and paste it into the project instructions, which keeps it out of your personal chats.
Run the same request twice. You will hear it.
Do not take my word for it, and do not take Claude's. Take two minutes and check.
What this does not do.
- It captures how you write, not what you know. Your market knowledge still has to come from you
- It will not save a bad message. A wrong idea in your voice is still wrong
- You still read everything. Nothing should reach a client that you have not looked at
- Redact client details before pasting samples. Names, addresses and numbers do not need to be in there
- Refresh it once a year. How you write drifts, and the profile should drift with it
- One profile per hat. How you write to a seller and how you write to another agent are different jobs
That was one setup. There are two hundred and sixty three.
What you just built is the foundation everything else sits on, which is exactly why I give it away. It is also the smallest piece of it. The voice is handled. What is not handled is everything else: what a good listing description actually needs, how to structure a follow up that gets answered, what belongs in a seller brief, how to rank a call list. You end up typing the same long instructions over and over, getting a slightly different result each time, and rewriting the good ones from memory two weeks later.
The job gets saved once, the way the voice did.
Every task I do more than twice lives as a saved skill that already knows the standard, already knows my market, and reads the voice profile you just built before it writes a word. I ask for a listing description in March and again in November and I get the same quality both times, because the same instructions are running both times. There are 263 of them, across thirteen parts of the business.
- 13 packs
- 263 skills
- Reads your voice profile
- Installs in about 10 minutes
- Updates included
Keep going, or skip the building.
You can absolutely build these yourself, one at a time, the same way you just did the voice profile. Most agents start that way and a few finish. The alternative is having all of them by this afternoon.
Claude in Your MLS
The other free one. Working inside the MLS you already pay for, from the browser, in your own logged in session.
- Same step by step format as this page
- Describe the pull in a sentence, then check it
- No email, nothing gated
The Vault
Thirteen packs and 263 skills covering the whole agent operation, every one of them reading the voice profile you just built.
- Lead generation, follow up, listings, transactions, sphere
- Installs in about ten minutes
- One payment, updates included
The Database Audit
A read only audit that finds what has gone quiet in your CRM before you build anything on top of it.
- Read only, nothing is changed, deleted or sent
- The ten people worth calling this week
- Delivered within 48 hours
Ten minutes is the whole ask. Then it is permanent.
Do it once and every message you write with AI for the rest of your career starts from you instead of from nobody.
